• Check if there is water in the tap. It may have been disconnected or blocked. Water supply should be restored.
• Check the shutoff valve that shuts off the water supply to the washing machine. You may have forgotten to open it before washing. Do it.
• There are frequent cases when the shut-off valve is open "unfilled". In this case, the washing machine draws water for a long time, and then gives an error 1E, without starting to wash. Therefore, be sure to open the stop valve “all the way”.
• Weak water pressure in the water supply can also be the reason why the LG washing machine does not have time to draw water in the allotted time, and leads to an error. Restore water pressure.
• It is possible that the inlet hose is twisted or transferred through which water enters the washing machine. Spread it out.
